Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At SpeakWise, we're committed to your success. If you're not satisfied after your first paid coaching session, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked.

1. First Session Guarantee

Eligibility: Applies to first paid coaching session only
Timeframe: Request refund within 24 hours of session completion
Process: Email info@speakwise.com with your refund request
Refund: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days

2. Package Programmes

Before Programme Starts:

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before start date
50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before start date
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of start date

After Programme Starts:

First session covered by satisfaction guarantee (above)
After first session: Prorated refund for unused sessions (minus 20% admin fee)
Refund requests must be made in writing

3. Corporate Training

Refund terms specified in corporate training agreement
Typically: 50% deposit non-refundable, balance refundable up to 14 days before training
Custom programmes may have different terms

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed coaching sessions (except first session guarantee)
No-show sessions or sessions cancelled within 24 hours
Digital resources and materials already downloaded/accessed
Service fees charged by payment processors

5. How to Request a Refund

Your name and booking reference
Reason for refund request
Payment details for refund processing

Step 2: We'll review your request within 2 business days

Step 3: If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days

6. Special Circumstances

We understand unexpected situations arise. Contact us if you experience:

Medical emergencies
Family emergencies
Technical issues preventing service delivery

We'll work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling, session credits, or partial refunds.
