1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using SpeakWise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
SpeakWise provides professional communication coaching services, including:
- 1:1 and group coaching sessions
- Interview preparation training
- Accent and pronunciation coaching
- Corporate training programmes
- Career communication development
Important: We provide coaching and training services only. We do not guarantee job placements, visa approvals, or specific career outcomes.
3. Booking and Payment
- Payment is required upfront or as per agreed payment plan
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed prices apply to booked services
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: full credit for rescheduling
- Cancellations within 24 hours: session fee forfeited
- No-shows: session counted as completed
- We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule with reasonable notice

6. Client Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually
- Complete assigned practice exercises
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain professional conduct
- Have necessary equipment for online sessions
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided remain the property of SpeakWise. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SpeakWise is not liable for:
- Job application outcomes or hiring decisions
- Visa application results or immigration decisions
- Career advancement or promotion decisions
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
9. Confidentiality
We maintain client confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
