Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital services — general position

Our products are digital services. Once work has begun on your CV or your consultation has taken place, we are unable to offer a refund. This is standard practice for bespoke digital services under UK consumer law.

CV Revamp (£9.99)

  • A full refund is available if you request it within 24 hours of purchase and work has not yet begun.
  • Once your CV has been reviewed and work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
  • If we are unable to deliver your rewritten CV within the stated timeframe due to reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

CV Revamp + Consultation (£29.99)

  • A full refund is available if you request it within 24 hours of purchase and neither the CV work nor the consultation has commenced.
  • If you have booked your consultation via Calendly, a refund is no longer available unless SpeakWise cancels the appointment.
  • If you miss your booked consultation without providing at least 24 hours notice, no refund will be issued. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the quality of your CV rewrite, please contact us at hello@speakwise.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will review your feedback and where appropriate offer a revision or partial refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
