About us

These terms apply to all services provided by SpeakWise Ltd (company number 16649041), a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.

Our services

SpeakWise provides professional communication coaching services including CV writing and optimisation, interview preparation, accent and pronunciation coaching, and career communication coaching. We are a coaching and training service — we are not a recruitment agency and we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Purchasing a service

When you purchase a service through speakwise.uk, you enter into a contract with SpeakWise Ltd. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed. For the CV Revamp + Consultation package, you will be directed to book your consultation via Calendly after payment.

Delivery

  • CV Revamp (£9.99) — Your rewritten CV will be delivered to your email within 5 working days of receiving your uploaded CV.
  • CV Revamp + Consultation (£29.99) — Your rewritten CV will be delivered within 5 working days. Your 1:1 consultation is booked via the Calendly link provided after payment.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including uploading a readable CV at checkout. SpeakWise cannot be held responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete information provided by you.

Intellectual property

All content on speakwise.uk, including coaching materials and written documents we produce for you, is the intellectual property of SpeakWise Ltd or its content creators. You may use documents we create for you for personal career purposes only. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

SpeakWise provides coaching and support services only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including job offers, interview invitations, or visa approvals. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
